FUTURE VOTERS INITIATIVE

Starting this year, Jason will begin campaigning to his most important constituency: the future voters of America. In order to properly educate them about the vast importance of their future decisions, Jason is visiting elementary schools across the country to talk to second-graders about the country and how much is truly riding on their well-informed opinions.

Imagine, if you will, if this young group of 6-year-olds in 1914 (inset) had not voted in 1929 (when the voting age was still 21) and elected Herbert Hoover as their President.

It's widely agreed that without the learning experience that followed, the country would not have become as strong as they did in the years that followed. However, with the sheer lack of sustenance and shelter that followed, many of these former first graders perished in poverty. And all because they weren't taught early enough how to properly cast their vote.

If the nation's youth need one thing, it's preparedness. And as Jason makes the rounds this year, we hope he can reach at least 51% of the children in your child's class. It would be preferable if your child made up part of that crucial 1% margin.
